BY USING THE APPLICATION, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND THE APPLICATION PRIVACY POLICY. THESE TERMS AND OUR PRIVACY POLICY SUPPLEMENT, BUT DO NOT OVERRIDE. COMPETENT TO ENTER INTO A BINDING AGREEMENT

Also, you agree that the information supplied on registration will be accurate, complete and truthful. All data you provide to us as a customer will be treated in accordance with our Privacy policy. It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes to that information.
You provide us your personal data when you register for our Services or use it. We also collect information about your behavior of use through our Applications and the transactions you carry out on our Applications. When you visit our Applications, your device and/or browser may automatically disclose certain information (such as device type, operating system, browser type, browser settings, location, IP address, dates and times of connection to an Application or other technical communications information), some of which may constitute personal data.

In the event of disruption to, or a failure, unavailability, fault or malfunction of, or connected to, any product or system used in connection with the Applications or the Services, or where there is a real or potential security risk, AREON shall be entitled, without incurring any liability to you, to temporarily suspend the relevant Services or access to the Applications or your Account for such reasonable period as may be required to remedy, address or resolve the issue. AREON may also suspend access to the Applications and/or your Account and/or Services as required for maintenance (whether emergency or planned) or upgrade work.
When you use AREON (the "Application") for sending a query to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email. You agree that all notices, agreements, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
AREON does not accept cash backs, refunds or returns. We DONT refund the amount once Recharge or TOPUP is delivered successfully and when we provide you with Transaction ID. We will not refund the amount even for WRONG Recharges which you have done.
Any use of the AREON Application shall be at your sole risk.
AREON disclaims any and all responsibility or liability for the reliability, content, completeness, operability, legality, accuracy, or availability of information or the Material accessible by use of the Application.
THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
AREON makes no warranties or representations of any kind, implied or express, as to the operation of the application. You expressly agree that your use of the application and services is at your sole risk.
To the full extent permissible by applicable law, AREON disclaims all warranties, implied and express including, but not limited to the implied warranties of non-infringement and merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
AREON does not warrant that the services AREONs email or server you receive as a result of your use of the application and free of viruses or other harmful components.
AREON will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of the application, including, but not limited to indirect, direct, punitive , incidental and consequential damages.
We and our partners/affiliates shall not be liable for any claim, loss, liability, injury or damage of any kind resulting in any way from:
Any errors in or omissions or any services or products obtainable from the application or services
The unavailability or interruption of the application or services or any features thereof
Your use of the application or services
The content contained in or accessible through the application or services or
Any delay or failure in performance beyond our control
To the maximum extent permitted under the applicable law, AREON will not be liable for any damage or any kind arising from the use of this site, including but not limited to indirect, direct, punitive, incidental, and consequential damages.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our directors, employees, officers, partners, agents, subcontractors, successors and assigns, third party suppliers of information and documents, advertisers, attorneys, product and service providers and affiliates harmless from any loss , liability, expense and claim including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of these Terms or use of the Application.
By using the Application, you agree that the laws of India will govern these Terms and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and AREON or its affiliates.
The jurisdiction of the court will remain at Rajkot, Gujarat, India
We reserve the right to report violations or investigate complaints of this Agreement and to take any action we think fit and deem appropriate, including but not limited to reporting any suspected unlawful activity to regulators, law enforcement officials, or other third parties and disclosing any appropriate to such or information necessary or persons or entities relating to your profile, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses and traffic information.
